Shipping costs Germany
At Wimpern deLuxe Shop, the following shipping costs apply to all items within Germany:
- for a shipment up to 3 kilos - 5.5 € incl. VAT;
- for a shipment from 3 to 30 kilos - €10 including VAT;
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT! The name must be on the bell AND on the mailbox! Parcels that are returned, whether with the wrong address or not picked up, will be refunded minus 5 € because the shipping costs have been used up!! We attach great importance to safe shipping. Therefore we send our packages within Germany with DHL shipping. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. If you would like a different delivery address, please let us know when you place your order.
Packages are usually sent within 2 days after receipt of payment with DHL with tracking. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method. We will send you a tracking link no matter which delivery method you choose.
Express shipping costs Germany
If you prefer express shipping, additional costs will apply. You pay shipping costs from €5, plus a surcharge from €11 (depending on weight and delivery time). Please note that delivery on the next working day is only guaranteed if you have ordered by 12 noon on the previous working day. Express delivery with delivery on Saturday is not possible.
The shipping costs include loading and packaging fees as well as the postage costs. To save on postage, combine multiple items into one order. We cannot combine two different orders. The shipping costs are calculated separately for each order. The package will be sent insured. Fragile goods are treated with particular care.
Shipping costs to EU countries
Costs for shipping to EU countries from €10 incl. VAT depending on the weight of the shipment.
Bulgaria, Belgium, Denmark (except Faroe Islands, Greenland), Estonia, Finland (except Aland Islands), France (except overseas territories and departments), Greece (except Mount Athos), Great Britain (except Channel Islands), Ireland, Italy (except Livigno and Campione d'Italia), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands (except non-European areas), Austria, Poland Finland (except Aland Islands), Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Czech Republic, Hungary Cyprus (except northern part).
