Battery and old device disposal

Electrical and electronic devices do not belong in household waste.

The symbol on the right means: Electrical and electronic equipment must not be disposed of with household waste. As a consumer, you are obliged to collect waste electrical and electronic equipment separately and hand it in at an approved collection or return point, e.g. at a municipal collection point. You also have the option of having your old device disposed of professionally and in an environmentally friendly manner by Vorwerk.

Notes on battery disposal.

Battery and rechargeable batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. You are legally obliged to return all used batteries and accumulators. Old batteries that we have or have had in our range as new batteries can be returned free of charge to our Vorwerk stores or to our mail order warehouse Lashes deLuxe, Mergelheide 95, 33758 Schloss Holte-Stukenbrock. We would like to ask you not to send batteries and accumulators to us if possible. For safety reasons, the battery poles of lithium batteries should also be insulated with adhesive strips before delivery.

Which devices can I have Lashes deLuxe dispose of?

You have the option of having your old device disposed of professionally and in an environmentally friendly manner by Vorwerk if you either bought your new i LASH FAN®, arc lamp, Nano Spryer, pigment mixer, hydromether at Lashes deLuxe and your old device of the same type and want to dispose of goodness; or your old device is not larger than 25 cm in any external dimension, regardless of the purchase of a new device. In neither of the two cases does the old device that you want to return for disposal need to have been purchased from Lashes deLuxe.

How does the disposal of my old device work at Lashes deLuxe?

You bought your new i LASH FAN®, arc lamp, nano spryer, pigment mixer, hydromether in our online shop. When you buy a new device, you can return your old device to us free of charge by printing out the return label here. You print out this label, stick it on the box in which your new device was delivered and take it to the nearest DHL acceptance point.
